Syntax: use focusforce
Can Toggle Ability (turn on/off).


You concentrate all your might into your attacks, gaining increased offensive rating and
damage at the cost of slower attacks.


Focus Force (user):
 o increases melee and range attack rating by 15 (+potency),
 o increases weapon damage done (+potency), and
 o increases weapon delay.

TRAINING KEY:
potency - damage/effectiveness
