Syntax: skin apply <item>|<slot> <skin ID> - applies a skin onto this item.
Syntax: skin remove <item>|<slot> - removes a skin from this item.
Syntax: skin list - lists all known skins.
Syntax: skin view <slot> - shows the skin at the indicated slot.


The skin command applies a cosmetic skin to an item. This changes their short, long, and
description to be whatever the skin is.

Skins can be collected in the game through various means: shops, monster drops, quests, RP
events, and more.
