Understand the rules of the realm.

Rules of Conduct

We want this to be a world worth living in: dramatic, immersive, and fun for everyone. These rules keep the story strong and the community safe. They are not exhaustive; staff will act on behavior that violates the spirit of the game.

Core Principles

  • Respect the player behind the character. Keep it fierce in-character, civil out-of-character.
  • Stay in world. Keep OOC talk in OOC spaces; avoid breaking immersion in IC areas.
  • Play fair. No cheating, no exploits, no AFK farming.
  • Consent matters. In RP and in PvP, read the room and respect boundaries.

Modern Community Rules

  • No hate speech, slurs, or real-world harassment. Ever.
  • No doxxing or personal data sharing. Keep real-life info private unless someone opts in.
  • No impersonation. Don’t pose as staff, other players, or official channels.
  • No spam or ad flooding. Includes repeated macros, emote floods, and off-topic link drops.
  • No griefing for griefing’s sake. PvP is allowed, targeting and stalking is not.
  • No sexual harassment or non-consensual RP. Private, consensual, and age-appropriate only.
  • No exploit abuse. Report bugs. Don’t hoard or profit from them.

Role-Play Expectations

You are an adventurer in a fantasy world. Keep names, actions, and dialogue in-theme. OOC topics, modern slang spam, or tech talk should stay in OOC rooms.

Automation & Scripting

  • No unattended gameplay. If you are AFK, your character must be idle.
  • Automation must be supervised. Macros and triggers are fine while you are present.
  • No botting or auto-hunting. If you can’t respond, you can’t script.

Economy & Exploits

  • Don’t exploit broken shops, doors, or flags for loot.
  • Report suspicious openings; staff will review and reward fair play.
  • Trading and bartering are welcome, scams are not.

PvP and Conflict

  • PvP is part of the world, but harassment isn’t.
  • Repeated targeting, kill loops, or grief chasing violates policy.
  • Respect OOC boundaries even if your character is angry.

Account & Character Rules

  • One player, one active character at a time. No multi-boxing.
  • No cross-character advantage. Don’t transfer items, money, or info between your own characters.
  • Character names must fit the world. No slurs, real-world celebs, or l33t spam.

Disconnecting in Combat

Logging out to dodge consequences is not allowed. If you crash, we understand. If you repeatedly disco to avoid a loss, expect discipline.

Content & Maturity

Keep public spaces PG-13. Private RP can be more mature if it’s consensual, private, and age-appropriate.

Staff & Support

  • Staff are here to help and keep the world stable.
  • Abusing assist/report or harassing staff is a policy violation.
  • If a staff decision feels wrong, appeal respectfully via the Contact page.

Discipline (Typical Path)

  • First: Warning and guidance.
  • Second: Temporary lockout.
  • Third: Extended lockout.
  • Severe cases: Immediate lockout or permanent removal.

Final Notes

This world evolves, and so will these policies. We’ll do our best to keep the rules visible and the tone fair. By playing, you agree to follow them.
