Description: Barbarian frenzy state that can trigger under combat pressure to boost melee aggression.

Notes:
Berserk is an incoming-hit auto-trigger with temporary action lockout and automatic calm-down.

Swing scaling: 1-14 = 1 swing, 15-40 = 2 swings, 41 = 3 swings, with roundtime based on summed per-swing delay.

Current draft tuning is melee-only (no missile/thrown/web berserk benefit): OR bonus = round(level*1.5), DR penalty = round(level*1.5), plus level-scaled post-armor mitigation.
