Summary: Disarming is a melee control action (disarm <target>) that attempts to knock a readied weapon to the ground.
Notes:
Success chance is based on Disarming level and attacker DEX/PER versus target PER and weapon grip defense.
On success, the target loses readied weapon state and the weapon drops in-room.
Baseline tuning is 5s delay and 1 FTG per attempt.
